Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Meals (the "App"), made by 855 Development LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
1. Who can use the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know at wes@855dev.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The App, including its recipes, design, and code, belongs to 855 Development LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Don't copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the App or its content.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App — including attempting to breach its security, reverse-engineer it (except where the law says we can't stop you), interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Food, allergy, and nutrition disclaimer — please read this one. The App's allergen filters, ingredient lists, and nutrition figures are provided for convenience and are estimates that may be incomplete or contain errors. They are not medical, dietary, or allergy advice, and not a safety guarantee. If you have food allergies, intolerances, or medical dietary requirements, you are responsible for independently verifying every ingredient in anything you cook or eat. Never rely solely on the App for allergy safety. When in doubt, consult the actual product packaging and a qualified professional.
6. Purchases
The App is currently free. We may offer optional paid content or subscriptions in the future (such as recipe collections or premium features). Any purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment and refund terms. Prices for existing features will be clearly disclosed before you're ever charged.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the App. We'll make reasonable efforts to give notice of anything significant, but we don't guarantee the App will always be available or error-free.
8. Termination
You can stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (like disclaimers and limitations of liability) survive.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 855 Development LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars ($50).
11. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and 855 Development LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your download of the App from the App Store.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
13. Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and note the change in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
